I don't think its set up not to reveal immediately? I didn't get that notice so I didn't complete the posting.

FWIW, on what DKWilliams mentions above, I received an email notification of a story loaded for me (5:23 am date-stamp, Pacific Time), which is not usual, and seemed to suggest that a setting could perhaps have been mis-aligned.

However! When I click the link, it 404s, as it should. So either the problem, if any, has been fixed, or the setting in question is a different setting.

(All honor to those who are so very ready that they've already loaded their stories! I must admit that mine is not yet done.)

Sorry, there may still be an issue with the setting masking the gift writer--I received an unmasked notification at 4:51 pm today. Please don't stress about this--due to circumstances beyond everyone's control, that cat escaped earlier, and I am VERY happy.

Man i dont understand. The setting are unrevealed and anonymous.

My stellar gifter found the problem--used the old link, rather than the new one. Fixed and reposted now. From her side, it seems to be working. By definition, if it is workng, I would not see anything, so that's good sign :)

If it had continued, I was going to suggest that the only other setting I could think of, in addition to Unrevealed and Anonymous, was maybe Unapproved (if that's not the same as Unrevealed). When I mod the FK exchange, I set it to require me to approve each story, so that it doesn't auto-send notifications at submission.
