My story is in, and I still vote for waiting until after Yuletide for reveals. Stories always go live right when I'm at my busiest time of the year, which means I already have to wait to read them and I always end up missing some.
I certainly don't mind waiting. I really feel bad that I couldn't contribute this year. But I'm really looking forward to all the wonderful stories this year.
I am happy with whatever works for getting the most stories. Usually I'm absorbed with my Festivid after Christmas, but I didn't do that this year so I am free to enjoy my gift whenever it should drop. And hey, Epiphany is Jan 6 and that's all about the Three Kings and their gifts, so any time frame works!

Date: 2020-12-17 05:03 am (UTC)Solstice is Duncan's birthday. But New Year's is Hogmanay. Highly relevant!
(I am so, so sorry for my share in the lateness. I am having this Friday off work to spend editing my story.)
